Most Common
Personal Guaranty
For small and mid-sized, tightly held businesses. Owners with 51%+ ownership sign as personal guarantors, so we can weigh both business and personal credit for a faster, more flexible approval.
- Minimum 2 years in business — or submitted with a corporate guarantor with 2+ years and common ownership in a related field.
- 51%+ ownership must guaranty — all personal guarantors must be permanent U.S. residents or U.S. citizens.
- FICO score 650+ — required for all personal guarantors, with authorization to pull credit.
- No bankruptcy in the last 10 years — applies to all personal guarantors on the application.
Established Businesses
Corporate-Only (No Personal Guaranty)
For well-established businesses that prefer not to provide personal guaranties. Qualification rests entirely on the strength of the business entity, so the bar is higher — but no personal credit is required.
- 5+ years in business — a minimum of five years of operating history.
- 15+ employees — organizational size and stability to support the obligation without personal backing.
- Comparable borrowing history — prior equipment financing or similar credit obligations on record.
- U.S.-based entity — all business signers must be permanent U.S. residents or U.S. citizens. No personal credit pull required.
These criteria are general guidelines only and are not an exhaustive list of the factors considered. Each application is evaluated individually based on a comprehensive assessment that may include business and personal credit history, time in business, industry, ownership structure, financial condition, cash flow, public records, and other material factors. Meeting one or more criteria is not a commitment to extend credit and does not guarantee approval; failure to meet a criterion does not necessarily preclude approval. All financing is subject to underwriting approval at the sole discretion of the lender, and terms may vary based on the credit profile presented.
